ZCorp 450 - Binder Jetting
This 3D printer makes it possible to manufacture medium-sized parts by spraying a binder onto a powder bed.
This technology is ideal for making communication pieces, because they are in color: model of buildings, cutaways of mechanical systems, etc.
Its technical characteristics are as follows:
- Usable material: plaster powder infiltrated with cyanoacrylate
- Building volume : 200*250*200mm
- Minimum layer height: 100 microns
- Printing accuracy : 0,3mm.
- Depowdering + infiltration of a binder.
To be used in compliance with HSE constraints (PPE required)
This machine is used with the support of technical personnel.
