The polyvalent BD FACS ARIA III cell sorter allows to sort cells in bulk or to sort single cells for cloning or further molecular analysis.
Various cell types of different sizes can be sorted.
Samples temperature before and after sorting can be controlled
Sorting is possible into:
- Eppendorf or 5 mL tubes for up to 4 populations simultaneously
- 5 mL or 50 mL tubes for up to 2 populations simultaneously
- 96-well or 384-well plates
- Microscopic slides
