The CTμ platform has two transmission electron microscopes (FEI CM 120 120 kV and 200 kV JEOL 2100F) equipped with EDS detectors. The CM120 can work in cryo mode, the 2100F provides access to STEM-HAADF and HRTEM mode (also tomography). Other accessories are available on the platform. Check the website or contact the manager of the platform.
