This device is equiped with 3 trays of 1000 cm2 each. Each tray is mobile (for auto closure of vials) and thermo-regulated between -60° and +60°C. The device is equiped with -85°C cold trap with a capacity of 3kg of ice. Thermocouple on each tray and vacuum is measured by Pirani probe. N2 alimentation allow atmosphere neutralization. Complete recipe programming possible.
