Leica THUNDER automated fluorescence microscope
  • Whole-slide scanning
  • Whole-plate scanning
  • Live-cell imaging

Microscopy > Optic > Fluorescent > Widefield

Automated fluorescence microscope enabling multi-scale imaging from widefield to high-resolution (up to x100 depending on configuration). Motorized XY and Z stage enabling full whole-slide and whole-plate scanning, facilitating analysis of diverse biological samples without loss of local resolution. Equipped with an incubation chamber for live-cell imaging under controlled environmental conditions (temperature, atmosphere). Features 8 excitation laser lines (390, 440, 475, 510, 555, 575, 635 and 747 nm) and 4 emission channels (460, 535, 590 and 642 nm), enabling quantitative multi-fluorescence imaging and time-lapse acquisition.
