The Symbiotron is an experimental platform of the BioEEnViS Research Federation (FR3728) dedicated to studying interactions between living organisms in controlled, confined environments. The platform provides BSL-2 and BSL-3 experimental spaces, programmable climate chambers, and equipment for imaging, phenotyping, cytometry, automation, and microinjection. It supports projects in entomology, microbiology, vector biology, experimental ecology, cell culture, plant biology, and host-pathogen interactions. The facilities are open to the academic and industrial communities for scientific collaborations or service provision.
