Le Blue Pippin
The Blue Pippin from SAGE Science is an automated system for the electro-elution of DNA fragments after electrophoretic separation on agarose gel. It enables the separation and purification of fragments up to 40 kb in size. Electrophoresis is performed in standard mode or in a pulsed field.
This device uses cassette gels and specific reagents.
