Fume chamber
CTμ platform has two standrad fume chamber (installed in 2017) dedicated to the preparation of biological samples, polymers or materials / nanoparticles. These are generally used by microscopists for the preparation and shaping of their samples and the use of chemicals dedicated to microscopy. They can nevertheless be made available from time to time by other users while respecting the basic rules of safety and non-contamination. These fume chamber are located in technical rooms which are themselves equipped with benches, glassware, various chemical products (solvent, acids, bases) and small laboratory equipment.

Lyon Multiscale Imaging Center is a microscopy facility opened to academic research and industry. It federates 3 imaging centers in the Lyon area and provides multi-scale imaging tools including light and electron microscopy
