The CTμ platform has three scanning electron microscopes equipped with EDS detector, secondary electrons, backscattered, etc ... The FEI Quanta SEM allows to work in cryo and environmental modes. The ZEISS SEM compact Merlin has a deceleration system and an in-lens detector to obtain a high resolution at low voltage. Other accessories are available on the platform.
