DeNovix DS-11 spectrophotometer
The Denovix is a spectrophotometer and fluorometer.
It can measure absorbance in microvolumes like the Nanodrop.
The Denovix can detect up to 0.75 ng/uL of dsDNA and up to 0.60 ng/uL of RNA.
In addition to the sample concentration, the device directly provides the 260/280 and 260/230 ratios.
The Denovix is a fast and easy-to-use device.
Denovix provides accurate fluorometric quantification and is compatible with most quantification kits on the market.
It is the most accurate (sensitivity) and specific (the fluorophore binds selectively to DNA or RNA) method.
The device is available to users subject to prior reservation on the DTAMB intranet.
