BioTek Cytation 1 cell imaging multimode reader combines high contrast brightfield imaging with quantitative fluorescence detection. The multimode detection module has high sensitivity filter-based fluorescence and a monochromator for UV-Vis absorbance. Temperature control and shaking are standard. The integrated solution with Agilent Seahorse analyzers combines cellular analysis and imaging for an intuitive workflow to normalize data and streamline data interpretation.
