Equipement located at Ecole Centrale de Lyon à Ecully (INL-Nanolyon Bâtiment F7).
It is connected to a UHV line (MBE , PVD) for chemical analysis (XPS) from room temperature to 800°C max and diffraction analysis (XPD)
