VirHostNet 2.0 is a knowledgebase system dedicated to virus-host protein-protein interaction integration, visualisation and analysis. VirHostNet 2.0 integrates an extensive and original literature-curated dataset (biocuration) of virus/virus and virus/host protein-protein interactions (i.e interactome) complemented with publicly available data. VirHostnet 2.0 is publicly available through its website : http://virhostnet.prabi.fr. VirHostNet 2.0 is a FAIR ressource (https://fairsharing.org/FAIRsharing.m3316t).

Training courses are possible for academic and non-academic organisation working in the fields of virology, infectious diseases (including viro-induces cancers) and immune response to pathogens. A state-of-the-art expert analysis (systems biology analaysis, new dataset integration, interactome etc...) is also possible through a scientific collaborarion with the VirHostNet team.
