This tabletop SEM allows to do acquisitions on samples smaller than 10mm. It is well suitable for the observation of biological samples, thanks to its cooling stage (Peltier's effect), capable of rapidly cooling the specimens. It is accessible to all academic and industrial users, after having attended a specific training.
