The JEOL 2100 LaB6 TEM is equipped with the High-Tilt objective pole piece and is aligned to operate at 80, 120 et 200 kV in TEM/EDS/NBD/CDS modes (200 kV in STEM BF/DF). The LaB6 e-source and the High-Tilt pole piece (double tilt sample holder X-tilt : +/- 42° Y-Tilt : +/-35°) make the microscope well adapted for conventional microscopy.
