This chromatography system ÄKTA Pure can be used for protein analysis and purification in your bioproduction projects. We propose ionic affinity chromatography (AIX, IMAC), reverse phase chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography (SEC). our biochemistry laboratory is equiped to conduct complementary analysis (purity evaluation, quality control). This AKTA Pure chromatography system is of the last generation and is highly modular. It can monitor up to three wavelenght simultaneously. This equipment and its accessories are available to all industrial or academic users as a ready-for-use equipment or in the frame of personalized study. We also provide teaching and learning materials for this type of equipment. We support you for your bioproduction projects: USP, DSP, analyses, scale-up.
