X-ray Diffractometer Rigaku Oxford
  • Low temperature
  • Copper source
  • Molybdenum source

Crystallography > Diffractometer > X ray diffraction > Single-crystal > CCD detector

The X-ray diffraction centre Henri Longchambon has four X-ray diffractometers. The Rigaku Oxford diffractometer is equipped with a dual source (copper or molybdenum). It makes it possible to solve the crystal structure of a compound from a single-crystal. It also allows the determination of the absolute configuration of inorganic and organic molecules and the study of preferred orientation in polymers. This diffractometer is equipped with a low-temperature system operating in the 80-500 K range.
